The T.E. Anderson Soldier of the Year award was given to SF qualified
personnel ranked E-6 and below for outstanding performance of military duties. The
Soldier Of The Year Award was highly respected among unit members and formed the
foundation of C/3/12's annual banquet.The
recipient was determined by vote of all the unit's Senior Operations Sergeants. In
case of a tie, the unit SGM would cast a deciding vote.
